Privacy Policy
In short. We collect what you type into our forms (name, work email, phone, company, message) to answer you and, if you ask for it, to send you content. We keep technical access logs for 6 months. Analytics and advertising cookies run only with your permission, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. 1. Who we are
This site is operated by InfraPrime IT Solutions LLC, 382 NE 191st St #293170, Miami, FL 33179, United States, together with its affiliate InfraPrime Soluções Tecnológicas Ltda (São Paulo, Brazil), which provides engineering and support services. Both companies may access the information described here for the purposes below.
2. Information you give us

When you submit a form we also record the page you were on and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign identifier, so we know which channels bring inquiries.
3. Information collected automatically
- Access logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and browser identification, kept for 6 months for security and troubleshooting.
- Session cookie: links the pages of a single visit so an inquiry can be matched to its source. Expires after 30 days.
- Bot protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to tell people from bots and sets no tracking cookies. Turnstile privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: only with your permission. See the Cookie Policy.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use these service providers, who process information on our behalf under contract:

We may also disclose information to comply with law, a court order or a lawful request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. How long we keep it
- Business contacts: for as long as we have a relationship and up to 5 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Access logs: 6 months.

6. Your choices and rights
- Marketing email: every newsletter and marketing email has an unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days. You can also email us.
- Cookies: change your choices any time via Cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as opting out of analytics and advertising cookies.
- Text messages and calls: we do not send marketing text messages or automated calls. We call the number you gave us only about your request.
- Access, correction, deletion: email privacy@infraprime.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We honor these requests regardless of where you live, including under U.S. state privacy laws where they apply.
7. Security
The site runs exclusively over HTTPS behind Cloudflare. Data is stored in managed Microsoft Azure databases with restricted access and secrets held in a key vault. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law, including Florida's Information Protection Act.
8. Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. International visitors
Our servers are in the United States. If you visit from Brazil, the Política de Privacidade (in Portuguese) applies alongside this policy and describes your rights under the LGPD. We do not target visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom; if you contact us from there, we will handle your request under this policy and applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the site, our providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
